forwarded this issue to our Technical team for further checking. We will
get back to you once they have validated the error and we will let you know
the result. However, you have to be aware that they are not available
during weekends. Their operation is from Monday to Friday (10AM to 7PM HK
time). Any pending issues submitted during after hours will be accommodated
