有料版では捕捉できた某マルウェアファイルが
無料版では捕捉できなかったと数か月前にフォーラムで報告した人がいた
その人は有料版と無料版ではエンジン自体が異なるのか？と回答を求めた
Bitの人が直接回答しているがその時の内容が以下のもの

avast!やAvira、AVGやPanda Cloudあたりの検出能力においては
有料版と無料版で大きな違いはないが（これらのソフトにおける根幹部分は同じ）
Bitの場合は有料と無料で結構な差があるようだ

ネット上ではBitの有料版と無料版の検出力が同等であるかのような
間違った情報の書き込みが散見されるが信じないように
