In the 27th century space society, 200 years had passed since the world
centered around Earth was destroyed in the Great War that began with the
first contact with aliens.

Galactic Council.

The isolated Barnard star system is also trying to restore its relations
with other star systems soon, thanks to the upcoming completion of the
gravity catapult.

The scars of war still remain, but a bright future is promised...
