右側はRHCのColieSwitchでやるらしい。
俺は左側しか割り当ててなかったから動かなかったんだ。
これはアパッチ同様箱コン必要になるかも？

In the back seat, use the COOLIE SWITCH on the left and right hand controllers. Left hand controller controls the left MCPD and left MPD. Right hand controller controls the right MPCD and right MPD. To take control of left MPCD, push the COOLIE SWITCH on left HC left. To take control of the left MPD, push the COOLIE SWITCH on left HC right. To take control of right MPCD, push the COOLIE SWITCH of the right HC right. To take control of the right MPD, push the COOLIE SWITCH on the right HC left.
