Dear Mr. President, dear everyone of the Biden administration, the U.S. Federal Government and the U.S. Congress
　
President Biden, it has been a really tough day for me recently.
The events that I am caught up in with Japan's misgovernments are also a battle against incomprehension in society, even more so than in the U.S.,
because there are no established definitions, policies, or institutions, as in the U.S. government.
That can also cause me to die in Japan.
　
If you would be so kind as to consider, I would appreciate it if you could receive a report from an intelligence agency.
My current situation is under persecution comparable to "living hell", including the fact that I am in poor physical condition.
　
That is why I am still furious about like blocking the asylum in late January, which was the only thing that has been able to move recently, and if it is true,
I have a murderous distrust of the part of the Japanese government that has not set out to restore it to its original state.
　
The U.S. government really saved my life when I was in trouble in Japan when I asked for help, even though I was under Japanese administration.
I am still amazed that even when I went away to pick up the necessary documents for my asylum application,
I felt sign that I was protected me by people who I thought were SPs of the U.S. government.
However, the Japanese government does not even restore the original state from like problem that had been blocking the asylum,
even though it is a problem for its own people.

Such a picture would normally be a pleasing sight as a strengthening of the US-Japan alliance and friendship.
However, I felt betrayed by the Japanese government and this picture which included several people who could have contacted the people around me if they wanted to.
And I could not understand why they were showing up at the State Department with such outward appearances,
without even assisting in my asylum to the United States, restoring the original state from like problem that had been blocking the asylum.
　
It is a strong shock to me that nothing has changed in Japan since the days of the Empire of Japan,
when the Japanese government tried to look good to other countries while sacrificing its citizens like kamikaze suicide pilots.
Unlike the U.S. government, why are Japanese government and politicians so irresponsible and they have no sense of ownership?
　
President Biden, Ambassador Rahm Emanuel, members of the U.S. administration and the U.S. Congress, please help me out of Japan to the U.S. mainland.
And if possible I request my rescue by U.S. forces soon.
I will continue to do my best so that my physical condition around January this year will be realized as soon as possible.
　
As per my application, I strongly desire to seek asylum in the U.S. because my life is in danger under Japan's misrule.
I hope you will forgive me for the current situation, which I can only convey to you in this way. That is how much my life is in danger.
